[UpcycleLino BASIC] offers items that are not bound by age, gender, or current trends. UpcycleLino is a brand that recycles scraps of natural materials, which are inevitably produced in the process of making clothes, reduce them back into fiber to help create new yarns and use them as part of the new upcycled fabric.

UpcycleLino was initiated with the hope of solving the problem of clothing waste in fashion, and to help Japan's declining textile industry by collaborating with local factories. While continuing to develop fabrics and create new garments, "UpcycleLino BASIC" continues to produce everyday items that can be worn in any season and is an absolute essential to every wardrobe.

In this special feature page, we introduce basic seasonless items, divided into three sections.

SWEAT SERIES

This fabric is knitted from single heavy UpcycleLino yarn on the top, single heavy organic cotton yarn in the middle and heavier organic cotton yarn on the bottom. We use this fabric to make hoodies, sweatshirts, and sweatpants. A new gray color is released this season, using colored and patterned cut scraps. This color is an accidental result of the mixing of many colors and patterns giving it is unique one of a kind appearance.

CORKSCREW YARN BORDER BIG TURTLE

This unique corkscrew yarn is composed of a single core yarn intertwined with double ply yarns that are both tightly twisted in the left direction to create a unique dry texture and durability. A simple easy fit turtleneck shirt is available in dark navy, dark green, pink, and navy.

JERSEY BIG TURTLE

This eco-friendly jersey fabric is knitted from 40% upcycled yarn made of recycled rare Suvin cotton and high-quality recycled linen, the rest is made of 30% recycled Pima cotton yarn and 30% Suvin virgin cotton yarn. Using this material, we made a crew-neck pullover and a turtleneck pullover tops. A great item to have because of its high versatility to complete any outfit. In addition to the standard colors of off-white, gray, and black, seasonal colors are available in garment-dyed finish of mustard and pink.
