UpcycleLino transforms cutting scraps from the garment-making process into new yarn — closing the loop on textile waste. From the BASIC line: a recycled linen jersey tee and two styles of summer shorts. Each piece reflects our ongoing commitment to honest materials, regional craftsmanship, and everyday wear.

JERSEY WIDE-FIT T-SHIRT

Cutting scraps are re-fiberized and blended with organic cotton, then knit into a jersey with a natural, uneven texture and a pleasantly dry hand.

A wide-fit silhouette made for a range of bodies — relaxed and generous, without feeling heavy.

CHINO EASY-FIT SHORTS

Developed with a heritage mill in Ibara, Okayama. Unbleached cotton and recycled cotton-linen yarn woven together — honest weight, natural slub character, and the quiet craft of the region.

Double-front-tuck baggy cut with a deep rise, elasticated back, and drawcord. Oversized patch pockets and natural nut buttons — details that age well with the fabric.

9.5oz DENIM EASY-FIT SHORTS

Made with a long-established denim mill in Kojima, Kurashiki. Indigo-dyed warp, recycled weft from cutting scraps — woven to a balanced 9.5oz weight.

The recycled weft gives the indigo a subtle grey depth — strong character, light on the body. Same baggy silhouette as the chino shorts, with tonal stitching and donut tack buttons for a clean, cohesive finish.
